某型排气歧管精密铸造工艺研究

Research on Precision Casting Process of an Exhaust Manifold

摘要 对排气歧管精密铸造工艺进行设计,采用ProCAST软件仿真分析铸件充型、凝固过程以及预测缺陷的分布情况,发现在管道交接处存在少量缺陷。考虑铸件的形状特点和提高工艺出品率,分别在两主管道交接处增设补缩冒口,在各歧管与主管道交接处设置外冷铁。经仿真计算,铸件内部缺陷已完全消除。 The precision casting process of exhaust manifold was designed.The ProCAST software was used to simulate and analyze the casting filling,solidification process and the distribution of predicted defects.It was found that there were a small number of defects at the junction of the pipeline.Considering the shape characteristics of the castings and improving the process yield,a feeding riser is added at the junction of the two main pipelines,and an external chill is set at the junction of each manifold and the main pipeline.Through simulation calculation,the internal defects of the casting have been completely eliminated.
