摘要
介绍了4缸高Ni排气歧管的铸件结构及其铸造工艺,应用MAGMA数值模拟软件分析了排气歧管铸件在铁液充型过程中可能出现皱皮的部位,得出以下结论:(1)排气歧管类薄壁件,铁液充型过程温度降低快,高点铁液交汇的薄壁区易出现皱皮缺陷;(2)利用MAGMA数值模拟软件分析铁液充型温度、型腔气压变化,可以预测铸件潜在皱皮缺陷;(3)合理利用溢流冒口工艺,可以有效解决铸件皱皮缺陷,同时,铁液充型过程中带入型腔的熔渣、冲刷浇道铸型的散砂、含气体较多的低温铁液等都可以排入溢流冒口。
The casting structure and casting process of four-cylinder high-Ni composition exhaust manifold were introduced. MAGMA numerical simulation software was used to analyze the possible situation that the exhaust manifold castings may appear wrinkled during the filling process of iron liquid,and the following conclusions were made: ( 1 )The iron liquid temperature of thin-walled parts like exhaust manifold dropped fast in filling process. Wrinkle defects tends to appear in the thin wall area which mohen iron meet on high place.(2)By MAGMA numerical simulation software analysis of molten iron filling temperature, cavity pressure changes,the potential wrinkle defects on castings could be predicted. (3)The rational use of overflow riser process could effectively solve the casting wrinkles defects,at the same time,the slag from iron liquid filling process into the cavity, scattered sand from scouring the runner and low temperature iron melt with gas could be discharged into the overflow riser.
