摘要
目的探究负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在慢性难愈性创面中的应用效果及经验总结。方法选取2019年1月至2024年5月新沂市人民医院收治的80例慢性难愈性创面患者,所有患者均接受VSD治疗技术。观察患者创面愈合情况、住院时间、疼痛评分及对治疗满意度评价。结果80例患者创面愈合时间为(16.38±1.28)d;住院时间(13.25±1.74)d;治疗前患者疼痛评分为(7.26±1.05)分,治疗1周后疼痛评分(4.03±0.43)分;80例患者对该治疗方法满意度评价为95.00%(76/80)。结论对于慢性难愈性创面疾病,采取VSD技术进行治疗能够及时清除创面分泌物及坏死组织,从而能缩短患者创面愈合时间及住院时间,还可帮助减轻患者疼痛症状,且治疗技术操作简单,易于掌握,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective To explore the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in chronic refractory wounds and summarize experience.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic refractory wounds were selected at Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2024,all of whom were treated with VSD.Wound healing,hospital stay,pain score and treatment satisfaction were observed.Results The wound healing time of 80 patients was(16.38±1.28)d.The length of hospitalization was(13.25±1.74)days;The pain score was(7.26±1.05)before treatment and(4.03±0.43)after 1 week of treatment.The satisfaction of 80 patients with this treatment was 95.00%(76/80).Conclusions For chronic refractory wound diseases,VSD technology can remove wound secretions and necrotic tissue in time,thus shortening wound healing time and hospital stay,and also help alleviate pain symptoms of patients.Moreover,the treatment technology is simple and easy to master,and can be further promoted and applied in clinic.
