摘要
目的 观察在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中实施美沙拉秦肠溶片联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠颗粒所取得的治疗效果。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月本院收治的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。其中,对照组实施美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗法,观察组实施美沙拉秦肠溶片联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠颗粒治疗法,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率、IGF-1、IL-10指标、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率、血清CRP、IL-17指标、临床症状缓解时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 溃疡性结肠炎治疗中实施美沙拉秦肠溶片联合L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠颗粒治疗方法,患者临床症状明显改善,预防不良反应,疾病治疗效果突出。
Objective To observe curative effect of mesalazine enteric coated tablets combined with L-glutamic acid sodium granules in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,while observation group with mesalazine enteric coated tablets combined with L-glutamic acid sodium granules.Results Effective rate of treatment,IGF-1,IL-10 indicators,and life quality scores in observation group were higher than control group,while incidence of adverse reactions,serum CRP,IL-17 indicators,and clinical symptom relief time in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of mesalazine enteric coated tablets and L-glutamic acid sodium granules can significantly improve clinical symptoms,prevent adverse reactions,and achieve outstanding curative effect for ulcerative colitis.
