摘要
目的:分析健脾化湿汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)脾虚湿热证的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年8月,本院收治的80例UC脾虚湿热证患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组给予健脾化湿汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服治疗,对照组给予美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗,共治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及IL-10水平。结果:治疗1个月后,2组中医证候评分、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前。且观察组中医证候评分、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化湿汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服治疗UC脾虚湿热证,可抑制炎症因子水平,改善临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Huashi Tang(a TCM formula,Decoction)combined with Mesalazine delayed-release granules(Mesalazine)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in type of Spleen-decifience-dampness and hot.Methods Randomly divided 80 UC patients(in type of spleen decifience-dampness and hot)treated in author’s hospital(2018-01-2020-08)into observation group(40 cases,orally aministered Decoction plus Mesalazine)and control group[40 cases,Mesalazine plus bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet(live)],both treatment courses were 1 month;then,compared both groups’following items such as the score ratings on TCM syndrome,the levels of IL-6,of hs-CRP,and IL-10 between before and after treatment.Results One month after treatment,except for IL-10 being higher,above-mentioned other items were all lower than before treatment;And,in the score ratings on TCM syndrome,as well as the levels of IL-6,and hs-CRP observation group was all lower than control group,meanwhile,IL-10,higher(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Decoction combined with Mesalazine in the treatment of UC in type of spleen decifience-dampness and hot can inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,and improve clinical symptoms.
