大型斜轴伸泵站典型故障分析及水力优化研究

摘要 本文以太浦河泵站为例,对大型斜轴伸泵站的典型故障进行分析和水力优化研究,建立了符合运行检修情况的真实故障树逻辑关系模型;对水导轴承密封泄漏问题,构建三维模型进行模拟仿真,分析轴瓦不同磨损程度的沟槽泄漏受力情况,对模拟结果提出了相应的水力优化措施,并在实际修复工作中取得了良好的应用成效。 This paper takes the Taipu River Pump Station as an example to analyze typical failures of large-axis inclined pump stations and conduct hydraulic optimization research.A realistic fault tree logic model that aligns with operational maintenance conditions has been established.For the issue of leakage in the water guide bearing seal,a three-dimensional model is constructed for simulation analysis to examine the stress conditions of groove leakage under different levels of wear on the bearing bush.Based on the simulation results,corresponding hydraulic optimization measures are proposed,which have shown positive results in actual repair work.
