徐溜电灌站大扩散角前池流态改善措施比较研究

摘要 【目的】改善徐溜电灌站大扩散角前池内的水流流态,保证水泵机组的安全稳定运行。【方法】基于雷诺时均Naiver-Stokes方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型对泵站现状方案、挡导墙方案和立柱方案共9个前池方案内的流场分别进行了三维湍流流动数值模拟,分析了挡导墙和立柱2种措施对前池流态的改善效果,并对改善措施结果进行了比较。【结果】在前池内设置挡导墙和立柱均可以改善前池流态,立柱方案z1时的流道出口流速分布均匀度和速度加权平均角度的平均值分别为97.74%和88.42°,略优于挡导墙方案q4,较现状方案xz分别提高1.14%和1.25°;立柱方案z1的流道进口流速分布均匀度和速度加权平均角度的平均值分别为62.86%和65.82°,较现状方案xz分别提高26.4%和36.9°;立柱方案z1前池内旋涡区面积相对于前池面积的占比为5%,小于挡导墙档案q4和现状方案的7%和45%。【结论】采用立柱方案可以有效控制前池水流均匀扩散、减小旋涡影响范围,较挡导墙方案更有利于前池流态改善,徐溜电灌站前池采用立柱方案改造取得了明显效果,研究成果可为同类型工程提供参考。 【Objective】The inlet forebay with a diffusion angle is a component of pump stations that helps distribute water flow evenly before it reaches the pump.We present a method in this paper to optimize the design of the inlet forebay,using the Xuliu Irrigation Station as a case study.【Method】The proposed method utilized the Navier-Stokes equations and the RNG k-εturbulence model.Three-dimensional water flow in the forebay was numerically simulated under various scenarios,including the current configuration,modifications to the guide walls,and the addition of support columns.The optimal forebay design was determined by comparing the flow patterns generated in each scenario.【Result】Both guide walls and support columns improve flow patterns.Installing support columns increases the uniformity of average axial flow velocity distribution and the velocity-weighted average angle at the channel outlet to 97.74%and 88.42°,respectively,slightly surpassing the performance of the guide wall scheme and improving by 1.14%and 1.25°over the current configuration.At the channel inlet,the uniformity of average axial flow velocity distribution and velocity-weighted average angle were 62.86%and 65.82°,respectively,which were significantly higher than those achieved with the guide wall scheme and represented increases of 26.4%and 36.9°over the current configuration.The support column scheme also reduced the proportion of the vortex area in the forebay to 5%,compared to 7%with the guide wall scheme and 45%with the current configuration.【Conclusion】Installing support columns effectively improves the uniformity of water flow diffusion and reduces vortex areas,enhancing flow patterns in the forebay compared to the guide wall scheme.These results provide guidance for renovating the forebay at the Xuliu Irrigation Station and similar irrigation projects.
