摘要
针对普通混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀出现结构性能劣化的问题,提出通过高钙粉煤灰增强混凝土的耐盐性。试验研究了硫酸盐浓度对普通混凝土的影响规律,探究了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土耐盐性的影响。试验结果表明,硫酸钠浓度越大,对混凝土内部结构的破坏越大。在硫酸钠浓度为5%的条件下,10%掺量的粉煤灰混凝土耐久性最佳。经过180 d干湿循环后,试件质量比初始试件质量降低约1.01%,抗压强度约为初始抗压强度的0.79倍,劈裂抗拉强度约为初始劈裂抗拉强度的0.67倍,对混凝土的耐盐性起到很好的改善作用。
In response to the problem of structural performance deterioration of ordinary concrete due to sulfate attack,it was proposed to enhance the salt resistance of concrete through high calcium fly ash.The influence of sulfate concentration on ordinary concrete was studied,and the effect of fly ash content on the salt tolerance of concrete was explored.The experimental results indicated that the higher the concentration of sodium sulfate,the greater the damage to the internal structure of concrete.Under the condition of 5%sodium sulfate concentration,the durability of fly ash concrete with a 10%dosage was the best.After 180 days of wet and dry cycling,the mass of the specimen decreased by about 1.01%compared to the initial specimen,and the compressive strength was about 0.79 times the initial compressive strength.The splitting tensile strength was about 0.67 times the initial splitting tensile strength,which greatly improved the salt resistance of concrete.
