摘要
目的:对狭叶茴香Illicium lanceolatum A.C.Smith果实进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、RP-C18柱、MCI gel柱以及半制备高效液相等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构,并进行抗肿瘤活性筛选。结果:从狭叶茴香果实中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:(1R)-3-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(1)、原儿茶酸甲酯(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、水杨酸(4)、间羟基苯甲酸甲酯(5)、没食子酸甲酯(6)、邻羟基肉桂酸(7)、伪大八角素(8)、10β-hydroxy-cyclopseudoanisatin(9)、2,3-didehydro-5-O-methyl-11-epiillifunone E(10)、莽草酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、4~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物1和10显示出一定的抗肿瘤活性,IC_(50)分别为(27.22±0.06)μmol/L、(21.13±0.44)μmol/L。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruits of Illicium lanceolatum.Methods:Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-C18,MCI gel,semi-preparative HPLC and other chromatography techniques were used for the isolation and purification.The structures of the compounds were identified based on spectral data and literature data,and the antitumor activity was screened.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from the fruits of Illicium lanceolatum and identified as(1R)-3-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(1),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(2),protocatechuic acid(3),salicylic acid(4),methyl 3-hydroxybenzoate(5),methyl gallate(6),o-hydroxycinnamic acid(7),pseudoanisatin(8),10β-hydroxy-cyclopseudoanisatin(9),2,3-didehydro-5-O-methyl-11-epiillifunone E(10),shikimic acid(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 2,4 to 10 are isolated from Illicium lanceolatum for the first time.Compounds 1 and 10 show strong antitumor activity with the IC_(50)of(27.22±0.06)μmol/L,(21.13±0.44)μmol/L,respectively.
