摘要
建立了一个适用于大学实验室危险化学品(以下简称“危化品”)安全管理的PDCA持续改进机制,以应对实验室内危化品种类众多、数量大、日常消耗剧增以及缺乏有效分类管理等问题。PDCA循环提升机制将高校实验室危化品安全管理分成4个阶段,分别是计划阶段、执行阶段、整理阶段以及考核评估阶段。通过不断更新提高安全目标,减少备用危化品的种类,加强人员危化品安全管理认知,并将绩效考核的激励方法与PDCA循环相联合,应用于实验室危化品安全管理。在绩效考核的激励作用下,通过不断循环,实现实验室危化品安全管理水平周期性自我提高,以满足现代危化品安全管理的要求。
A PDCA continuous improvement mechanism applicable to the safe management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories has been established to address the large number of types and quantities of hazardous chemicals in laboratories,the dramatic increase in daily consumption and the lack of effective categorization and management of such chemicals.According to PDCA model,a new safety management system of hazardous chemicals for college laboratories is proposed including four stages,which are planning,doing,checking and action.By continuously updating and improving the safety objectives,reducing the types of hazardous chemicals on standby,strengthening the personnel's knowledge of hazardous chemical safety management,and joining the incentive method of performance appraisal with the PDCA cycle,it is applied to the safe management of hazardous chemicals in laboratories.In addition,under incentive of performance appraisal,the college laboratories hazardous chemical safety management system could realize periodic self-improvement through continuous circulation,so as to meet the requirements of modern hazardous chemical management.
