摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体腔注射阿柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年10月宜春市人民医院收治的100例DR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采用阿柏西普治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗效果、视觉功能及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果 观察组[96.00%(48/50)]的总有效率高于对照组[78.00%(39/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA),30°视敏度、60°视敏度均高于治疗前,观察组BCVA,30°灵敏度、60°视敏度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VEGF-A、VEGF-B水平均低于治疗前;观察组VEGF-A、VEGF-B水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DR患者采用玻璃体腔注射阿柏西普治疗效果较为满意,可有效改善视觉功能,调节VEGF水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection of Arbocept in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 100 DR patients admitted to the of Yichun People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects and they were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Abiercept,and the control group was treated with Triamcinolide,all of which were treated for 3 months.Treatment effect,visual function,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%(48/50)higher than that of control group 78.00%(39/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),visual acuity of 30°and 60°were higher than before treat-ment in both groups,and the BCVA,visual acuity of 30°and 60°in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF-A and VEGF-B levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of VEGF-A and VEGF-B in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intravitreal injection of Arbocept in DR patients is satisfactory,which can effectively improve visual function and regulate VEGF level.
