摘要
在OBE(outcome-based education)教育理念下,农产品电子商务专业教育要将焦点放在学生的学习成果输出上“。学校+企业”双主体育人模式能有效促进实操技能的落地转化。落实这一教育模式,会面临企业对接、教师转型、教学改革、效果的评估和认证等困境。基于此,提出了一系列对策,包括建立产学合作网络、加强师资培训、建立灵活的课程管理机制、构建过程性和增值性评价体系等方面内容,以期提高农产品电子商务专业学生的综合素质,进一步满足行业发展需求。
Under the OBE education concept,the focus of agricultural product e-commerce major education should be on the output of students'learning outcomes.The"school+enterprise"dual entities cultivating talent model could effectively promote the implementation and transformation of practical skills.Implementing this education model will face challenges such as enterprise integration,teacher transformation,teaching reform,and evaluation and certification of effectiveness.Based on this,a series of measures were proposed,including establishing an industry academia cooperation network,strengthening teacher training,establishing a flexible curriculum management mechanism,and building a process oriented and value-added evaluation system,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in agricultural e-commerce and further meet the development needs of the industry.
