摘要
【目的】构建具体指标衡量数字经济与乡村振兴质量,探讨数字经济发展水平对乡村振兴发展的影响,为推动乡村振兴战略在四川省的实施提供参考。【方法】根据2004—2022年四川省18个地级市调查的面板数据,以“产业兴旺”“生态宜居”“乡风文明”“治理有效”和“生活富裕”5个具体内容构建乡村地区振兴经济的发展指标体系,从“互联网普及率”“互联网相关从业人员数”“互联网相关产出”“移动互联网用户数”“数字金融普惠发展”五大维度构建数字金融的整体发展框架,分析固定效应模型,得出数字经济发展与乡村振兴之间的关系,研究数字经济产生作用的机理,并对本研究的结果进行验证。【结果】(1)通过基准回归得知,数字经济对四川省乡村振兴发展有积极正向作用,有利于促进农村生活富裕、生态宜居、产业兴旺、乡风文明、治理有效。数字经济的有效提升可不断提高四川省乡村振兴发展的质量。(2)中介效应检验发现,数字经济影响乡村振兴质量的过程中,进一步通过促进产业结构升级对四川省乡村振兴质量产生影响,因此产业结构升级是数字经济影响乡村振兴质量的重要路径。(3)通过工具变量法、剔除特殊样本以及排除外生冲击的影响等稳健性方法进行检验之后,本研究的实证结果依旧显著。【结论】数字经济发展水平对四川省乡村振兴质量具有重要意义,并且数字经济发展水平能够通过推动产业结构升级进一步促进乡村振兴的发展。建议重点从农业数字化先行,数字化与产业深度融合,建立农业大数据平台,发挥高效优势促进数字化农业建设四方面入手,促进四川省更好发展数字经济,进一步提升乡村振兴发展质量。
[Objective]The paper aimed to establish concrete indicators to measure the quality of digital economy and rural revitalization,to explore the impact of digital economy development on rural revitalization,and to provide references for the implementation of the rural revital-ization strategy in Sichuan province.[Method]Based on panel data from 18 prefecture-level cities in Sichuan province from 2004 to 2022,a development index system for rural economic revitalisation was constructed with five specific contents:industrial prosperityecological liva-bility'“civilised rural customs'ffective governance'and‘prosperous living',A comprehensive framework for digital finance was built from five dimensions including'internet penetration rate'internet-related employment'internet-related output'‘mobile internet users”and'inclusive development of digital finance'.Through the fixed effects model analysis,the relationship between digital economic develop-ment and rural revitalisation was studied,along with the mechanisms by which digital economy operated,followed by validation of the study's results.[Result](i)Through benchmark regression analysis,it was found that the digital economy had a positive and beneficial impact on the rural revitalization and development of Sichuan province in the past.It was conducive to promoting the realization of rich rural life,livable e-cology,prosperous industries,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and other aspects.The effective enhancement of the digital econo-my continuously improved the quality of rural revitalization and development in Sichuan province.(ii)The test of intermediary effects showed that in the process of the digital economy affecting the quality of rural revitalization in Sichuan province in the past,further impact on the quality of rural revitalization was generated through promoting industrial structure upgrading.Therefore,industrial structure upgrading was an important pathway through which the digital economy affected the quality of rural revitalization in Sichuan province.(i)After conducting ro-bustness tests through instrumental variable methods,excluding special samples,mitigating the influences of exogenous shocks in the past,the empirical results of this study stil remained significant.[Conclusion]The level of development of the digital economy has significant impor-tance for the quality of rural revitalization in Sichuan province.It has influenced the upgrading of industrial structure and can further promote the development of rural revitalization through the advancement of industrial structure.It is recommended to focus on the digitization of key agricultural sectors,deep integration of digitalization with industries,establishment of agricultural big data plaforms,and leveraging efficient advantages to promote the construction of digital agriculture.This will facilitate the better development of the digital economy in Sichuan prov-ince and further enhance the quality of rural revitalization.
