Efficient water injection debugging technology based on pressure wave control in offshore oilfields

摘要 由于海上油田与陆地油田的注水井况和作业环境存在很大不同,目前的压力波控制注水技术存在测调效率低、压差识别不精确、测调工艺无法实现自动化等问题,陆地油田应用的无缆压力波控制注水工艺无法直接应用于海上油田。对海上油田高效测调无缆压力波智能注水技术进行研究,分析了压力波控制注水原理,设计了2种地面发码方案和2种压力波配水器方案。配水器采用金属密封和橡胶密封的双重密封设计,可提高工具可靠性;地面发码方案采用负脉冲转换次数+脉冲宽度调制的复合编码方法,编码简单、可靠性高。针对测调需求,设计了一键验封、一键轮注、自动测调、地面流量预设等一键测调功能。试验结果表明:本文研究的压力波控制高效测调方案比传统测调方案测调效率提高50%以上。本文研究成果可为海上油田无缆压力波智能注水技术的推广应用提供技术基础。 Due to the significant differences in water injection well conditions and operating environments between onshore and offshore oilfields and the shortcomings existing in current water injection technologies based on pressure wave control,such as low debugging efficiency,inaccurate pressure difference identification,and inability to achieve debugging automation,the water injection technology based on wireless pressure wave control used in onshore oilfields cannot be directly applied to offshore oilfields.The efficient and intelligent water injection debugging technology based on wireless pressure waves for offshore oil fields was studied,and the principle of water injection based on pressure wave control was analyzed.Two ground coding schemes and two pressure wave-based water distributor schemes were designed.The water distributor adopted a dual sealing design of metal and rubber seals to improve tool reliability,and the ground coding scheme adopted a composite coding method of negative pulse conversion times+pulse width modulation,featuring simple and reliable coding.According to the debugging requirements,one-key debugging functions including one-key sealing inspection,one-key rotary injection,automatic debugging,and ground flow preset were designed.The test results show that compared to traditional debugging schemes,the proposed debugging scheme based on pressure wave control improves the debugging efficiency by more than50%.The research results can provide a technical basis for the promotion and application of intelligent water injection technology based on wireless pressure waves in offshore oilfields.
