摘要
学校教育是什么,基础教育学校如何发展等是构建中国特色基础教育话语体系的根本问题。叶澜的《“新基础教育”论》,就是一本在全球教育改革背景下,以自身理论与实践共同体研究为基源,对如上问题作“系统化”“中国式”回答的体系化著作。在对急剧变化着的人类社会、中国社会与中国教育进行自觉把握后,它重构了当代中国学校的转型性变革话语,形成了师生交互、动态生成的课堂教学话语,凝练了“班级建设”实践的元话语,并提出了基于“人”“事”关系思维的学校领导与管理话语。这样一种卓有成效的探索启示我们:形成“社会-教育-基础教育”的致思路径、把握“生命·实践”的教育基因、注重理论与实践观的交互生成以及探寻推进基础教育学校改革的中国式方案。
The fundamental issue in constructing a discourse system of basic education with Chinese characteristics is what school education is and how basic education schools can develop.Ye Lan’s“On New Basic Education”is a systematic work that provides“systematic”and“Chinese style”answers to the above questions based on his own theoretical and practical community research in the context of global education reform.After consciously grasping the rapidly changing human society,Chinese society,and Chinese education,it reconstructed the transformative discourse of contemporary Chinese schools,forming a classroom teaching discourse of teacher-student interaction and dynamic generation,condensing the meta discourse of“class construction”practice,and proposing a school leadership and management discourse based on the thinking of“people”and“things”relationship.This effective exploration also inspires us to form a thought-provoking path of“society education basic education”,grasp the educational genes of“life practice”,focus on the interactive generation of theory and practice views,and explore Chinese style solutions to promote the reform of basic education schools.
