摘要
目的:分析补中益气汤联合痔疮自动套扎术(RPH)在环状混合痔患者外剥内扎术(MMH)术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年4月徐州市铜山区中医院收治的环状混合痔患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。两组均实施MMH治疗,在此基础上,对照组术中采取RPH,观察组在对照组基础上术后给予补中益气汤治疗。对比两组疼痛程度、水肿程度、康复时间和并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛评分和水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后肛缘水肿消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、肛管脱出消失时间、出血症状消失时间、痔核扎线脱落时间、腐肉完全脱落时间、创面愈合时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为6.52%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合RPH在环状混合痔患者MMH中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛和水肿程度,并能够缩短患者术后康复时间,降低患者并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze application effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids(RPH)in milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)of patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:A total of 74 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to Tongshan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xuzhou from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37).Both groups implemented MMH treatment.On this basis,the control group received RPH during surgery,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Tang after surgery on the basis of control group.The pain degree,edema degree,recovery time and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores and edema scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on Days 1,3,and 7 after surgery(P<0.05).The time for disappearance of anal edge edema,pain relief,disappearance of anal canal prolapse,disappearance of bleeding symptoms,detachment of hemorrhoid ligaments,complete detachment of carrion and wound healing in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with RPH in MMH of patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid is significant,which can effectively relieve the degree of postoperative pain and edema,shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
