摘要
文章介绍艾儒棣教授运用面部三焦法治疗难治性痤疮的经验。难治性痤疮虽发于颜面,与三焦功能失调密切相关,临证运用面部三焦法分部治疗。皮损发于额部者,乃肺卫郁热,予枇杷清肺饮加减清肺泻热;发于两颊、鼻部者,乃脾胃湿热,予楂曲平胃散加减清利湿热;发于下颌者,乃肝肾阴虚火旺,予仙方活命饮合六味地黄丸加减养阴散结,同时结合火针、刺络拔罐等外治疗法,注意生活调摄,可获良效。
The review introduces Professor Ai Rudi's experience in using the facial triple burner method to treat refractory acne.Although refractory acne occurs on the face,it is closely related to the dysfunction of the triple burner.Clinically,facial triple burner method is used for partial treatment.If the skin lesions occur on the forehead,it is due to stagnation of the lungs and heat.Add Loquat Qingfei Decoction to clear the lungs and purge heat.If the skin lesions occur on the cheeks and nose,it is due to dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach.Add or subtract Huanqu Pingwei Powder to clear away dampness and heat.For the lower jaw,the symptoms are liver and kidney yin deficiency and fire exuberance.Xianfang Huomingyin combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills can be used to nourish yin and dissipate stagnation.At the same time,combined with external treatments such as fire acupuncture,pricking and cupping,and paying attention to daily life,good results can be obtained.
