摘要
粮食供应链在保障国家粮食安全中扮演着关键角色。数字经济为提高粮食供应链的韧性和安全水平注入了新动能。本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中CSSCI来源期刊和中文核心期刊收录的897篇粮食供应链相关文献为研究样本,运用Cite Space可视化软件,绘制趋势图、共现图谱、词频图谱,分析2001-2023年该领域的研究脉络和趋势。研究发现,粮食相关问题是学者持续关注的研究主题,随着数字技术在粮食生产、流通、销售等环节的应用日益加深、国家新的粮食安全观确立及乡村振兴战略的实施,数字经济、数字农业、数字乡村、乡村振兴和粮食安全等内容被纳入到粮食供应链研究中,呈现出多学科交叉融合的特点,引领粮食供应链向数字化、智能化以及全面协作创新等方向发展。基于此,应践行大食物观、加强科技创新、推动跨学科融合,助力粮食供应链韧性提升。
The food supply chain plays a key role in ensuring national food security.The digital economy injects new momentum into improving the resilience and security of the food supply chain.This paper takes 897 articles related to the food supply chain,sourced from CSSCI journals and core Chinese journals in the CNKI database,as the research sample.Using the Cite Space visualization software,trend graphs,co-occurrence maps,and word frequency maps were drawn to analyze the research patterns and trends in this field from 2001 to 2023.The study finds that food-related issues have been a continuous focus of scholarly research.With the increasing application of digital technology in various stages of food production,distribution,and sales,along with the establishment of a new national food security perspective and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,topics such as the digital economy,digital agriculture,digital villages,rural revitalization,and food security have been incorporated into food supply chain study.This has resulted in interdisciplinary integration,leading the food supply chain toward digitalization,intelligence,and comprehensive collaborative innovation.Based on these findings,it is recommended to enhance the resilience of the food supply chain by adopting a holistic food perspective,strengthening technological innovation,promoting interdisciplinary integration.
