摘要
目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 采用PFNA治疗46例老年股骨转子间骨折患者。记录术后骨折复位质量、骨折愈合情况以及并发症发生情况。采用髋关节功能Harris评分评价疗效。结果 患者均获得随访,时间12~18个月。骨痂形成时间4~8周,骨折愈合时间12~24周。术后无深静脉血栓形成、切口感染等并发症发生,1例出现内固定松动。术后12个月,骨折复位质量:良好40例,可5例,差1例;髋关节功能Harris评分为83~100(88.27±9.24)分。结论 采用PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折固定稳定,患者可早期锻炼,功能恢复较好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)for treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 46 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with PFNA.The quality of fracture reduction,healing conditions and complications were recorded,and Harris scores were used to assess the hip function.Results All patients were followed up for 12~18 months.Callus formation occurred within 4~8 weeks,and fracture healing was completed within 12~24 weeks.No deep vein thrombosis and incision infection occurred after surgery,and one case experienced loosening of internal fixation.At 12 months postoperation,the quality of fracture reduction was good in 40 cases,good 5 cases,and poor 1 case.The Harris hip function score was 83~100(88.27±9.24)points.Conclusions The use of PFNA for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients provides stable fixation,allowing early exercise and good functional recovery.
