摘要
习近平生态文明建设的系统思维既体现了马克思主义的哲学,也具有科学哲学的系统论和中国哲学的天人合一理念内涵,形成于改革开放系统工程的实践,强调必须注重改革的整体性和协同性,提升生态文明建设的综合效果,形成完善的经济社会发展规划体系。习近平生态文明建设的系统思维方法在于:将生态文明建设融入经济、政治、社会、文化建设,促进人与自然和谐发展现代化生态格局的构建;以系统思维推进生态文明建设的要点在于:科学顶层设计、统一全局谋划,统筹建设方案、协同环境治理,建构人类命运共同体,共同应对生态危机。
General Secretary Xi Jinping’s systematic thinking of ecological civilization construction theoretically derives embodies Marxist phyilosophy,from the system theory of scientific philosophy,the Chinese philosophy of the unity of heaven and man and the practice of reform and opening up system engineering,emphasizing that we must pay attention to the integrity and coordination of reform,improve the comprehensive effect of ecological civilization construction,and form a perfect economic and social development planning system.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s systematic thinking method lies in:integrating ecological civilization construction into economic,political,social and cultural construction,and promoting the construction of a modern ecological pattern of harmonious development between man and nature.The key points of promoting ecological civilization construction with systematic thinking are:scientific top-level design,unified overall planning,coordinated construction plans,and coordinated environmental governance,to build a community with a shared future for mankind,and jointly respond to ecological crises.
