摘要
文章从资源配置的角度,对区域环境与经济协调发展的含义及原则进行了初步探讨,并对经济发展与环境质量演变的关系、环境控制的效益以及经济与环境规划衔接关系作了分析。系统地提出了区域经济与环境协调发展的若干对策以及实现环境规划目标的具体措施。
The paper makes a preliminary exploration into the implication and the principles of the harmonious development of the regional environment and the regional economy. It also analyzes the relationship between the economic development and the evolution of environment quality, the efficiency of environment control, the coordination relationship between economic and environment programmings. It presents in a systematic way the countermeasures for the harmonious development of regional economy and environment and the specific measures for achieving the goal of the environment programming.
