基于指标评价函数的锚喷支护参数对塑性区体积的影响研究

Influence of Bolting and Shotcreting Support Parameters on Plastic Zone Volume Based on the Index Evaluation Function

摘要 为了进一步研究不同的支护方式及支护参数对塑性区体积的影响,以金山店铁矿-410 m水平分段某一进路巷道为研究对象,设计了包含喷砼厚度、锚杆长度、锚杆排距和锚杆间距4个因素,每个因素包含3个水平的正交试验。运用FLAC3D对9个方案进行模拟计算,系统地研究不同方案下围岩塑性区体积的变化情况,再通过极差分析法构建指标评价函数,研究4个指标因素对塑性区体积的综合影响。研究结果表明,4个因素对塑性区体积的影响由大到小依次为喷砼厚度、锚杆长度、锚杆间距和锚杆排距,最优支护组合参数为喷砼厚度150 mm,锚杆长度2.2 m,锚杆排距0.9 m,锚杆间距780 mm。通过在巷道对应位置布置松动圈监测点进行工程监测发现,松动圈测试结果与模拟结果具有一致性,满足工程要求。研究结果在一定程度上为巷道支护参数的选择提供了参考。 In order to further study the influence of different support methods and support parameters on plastic zone volume, taking a roadway in-410 m horizontal section of Jinshandian Iron Mine as the research object, four factors including shotcrete thickness, bolt length, bolt row spacing and bolt spacing were designed. Each factor contains three levels of orthogonal test. FLAC3D was used to simulate the nine schemes, and the changes of plastic zone volume of surrounding rock under different schemes were systematically studied. The index evaluation function was constructed by range analysis method, and the comprehensive influence of four index factors on plastic zone volume was studied. The results show that the influence of four factors on plastic zone volume from large to small is shotcrete thickness, bolt length, bolt spacing and bolt row spacing. The optimal support combination parameters are shotcrete thickness of 150 mm, bolt length of 2.2 m, bolt row spacing of 0.9 m and bolt spacing of 780 mm. By arranging the monitoring points of the loose circle at the corresponding position of the roadway for engineering monitoring, it is found that the test results of the loose circle are consistent with the simulation results and meet the engineering requirements. The research results provide a reference for the selection of roadway support parameters to a certain extent.
