摘要
巷道支护参数选择的合理性和科学性是保障其长期稳定的关键。以某铜矿巷道为研究背景,在工程地质条件研究的基础上,利用3DEC离散元软件构建了矿山巷道的三维数值模型,设计了3因素3水平L_(9)(3^(3))支护参数的正交试验方案,获取了在不同参数条件下的变形规律和支护效果。通过对巷道支护参数优化以及经济合理性比较分析,确定了较优的巷道支护参数,即锚杆直径28 mm、长度1.75 m、间排距1.2 m,C20混凝土喷射厚度100 mm。采用极差分析方法对影响巷道稳定各因素的敏感性进行分析,从巷道顶板沉降和侧帮水平变形不同角度分析,得到的巷道支护参数因素的敏感性不同。研究结果在一定程度上为矿山巷道支护提供了技术参考,同时对处于类似地质条件下的矿山巷道支护具有一定的参考价值。
The rationality and scientificity of the selection of roadway supporting parameters is the key to ensuring its long-term stability.Taking the roadway of a copper mine as the engineering background,based on the investigation of its engineering geological conditions,this paper used the 3DEC discrete element method to build a three-dimensional numerical model of mine roadway,designed three factors and three levels of L_(9)(3^(3))support parameters orthogonal test scheme,and obtained the deformation law and support effect under different parameters.Through the optimization of roadway support parameters and comparative analysis of economic rationality,the optimal roadway support parameters are determined,namely,the diameter of the bolt 28 mm,the length 1.75 m,the spacing between rows 1.2 m,and the thickness of C20 concrete 100 mm.Through analyzing the sensitivity of various factors affecting roadway stability by range analysis method,it can be found that the sensitivity of roadway support parameters is different from different angles of roadway roof settlement and lateral deformation.The research provides a technical reference for the mine roadway support to some extent and has a certain reference value for the mine roadway support under similar geological conditions.
