摘要
目的 评价化湿败毒颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患儿的有效性和经济性,为临床治疗COVID-19患儿合理用药及优化治疗方案提供参考。方法 基于“化湿败毒颗粒治疗儿童轻型新型冠状病毒感染的单中心、开放标签、随机平行对照的临床试验”数据,共108例患儿,其中试验组72例,对照组36例。比较两组患儿入院后双CT转阴时间、中医证候总评分、中医主症评分及中医次症评分,并基于全社会角度,采用成本-效果分析法评价两组治疗方案的经济性。结果 试验组入院后双CT转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05),访视第3天中医证候总评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。经济性方面,试验组相较于对照组每缩短1单位入院后双CT转阴时间需多花21.65元,增量成本-效果比(ICER)占2022年全国居民人均可支配收入的0.06%。敏感性分析显示基础分析结果具有稳健性。结论 化湿败毒颗粒联合基础疗法治疗COVID-19患儿具有良好效果,是临床治疗中疗效好、成本相对略高的治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and economy of Huashibaidu granules in the treatment of children with coroma virus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide reference for rational drug use and optimization of treatment plans in the clinical treatment of children with COVID-19.Methods Based on the data of"single-center,open-label,randomized parallel controlled clinical trial of Huashuidu Granules in the treatment of mild novel coronavirus infection in children",a total of 108 children were diagnosed,including 72 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group.The time of double CT conversion to negative after admission,total score of TCM syndrome,score of TCM main syndrome and score of TCM secondary syndrome of 2 groups were observed.Based on the perspective of the whole society,the economy of the treatment plan of 2 groups was evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis method.Results After admission,the duration of double-CT negative conversion in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total TCM syndrome score in the 3rd week was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of economy,the experimental group spent 21.65 yuan more than the control group for each unit shortening the time of double CT negative conversion after admission,and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)accounted for 0.06%of the per capita disposable income of national residents in 2022.Sensitivity analysis showed that the basic analysis results were robust.Conclusion The combination of Huashi baidu granule and basic treatment has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with COVID-19.It is a therapeutic plan with good therapeutic effect and relatively high cost in clinical treatment.
