摘要
有效的职业生涯开发与管理,是事业单位吸引人才、留住人才的重要手段,也是事业单位实现自身与员工双赢的重要途径。在大数据时代,数据成为要素已是共识,各种智能技术快速发展,为事业单位工作人员职业生涯全周期管理提供了有效路径。对此,文章在分析事业单位工作人员职业生涯全周期管理内涵与意义的基础上,通过问卷的方式调查梳理其中存在的问题,并提出针对性解决策略,希望对事业单位工作人员职业生涯全周期管理提供一些帮助。
Effective career development and management is an important means for public institutions to attract and retain talents,as well as an important way for public institutions to achieve a win-win situation for themselves and their employees.In the era of big data,it is a consensus that data has become a factor,and various intelligent technologies are rapidly developing,providing an effective path for the full career cycle management of staff in public institutions.Based on the analysis of the connotation and significance of career cycle management for staff in public institutions,this article investigates and sorts out the existing problems through questionnaires,and proposes targeted solutions,hoping to provide some help for career full cycle management of staff in public institutions.
