摘要
为了加强服装设计知识产权保护,解决服装设计知识产权保护中存在的法律法规不完善、执法效率不高与制度宣传效果不佳等问题,文章从理论与实践的维度出发,提出了完善服装设计知识产权保护法律法规、提高服装设计知识产权保护的执法效率、加强服装设计知识产权保护制度教育与宣传等优化策略,以期为相关研究提供参考。
In order to enhance the protection of intellectual property rights in fashion design and to address issues such as the inadequacy of existing laws and regulations,low enforcement efficiency,and ineffective institutional outreach,this article approaches the subject from both theoretical and practical perspectives.It proposes strategies to improve legal frameworks governing fashion design intellectual property,increase enforcement efficiency,and bolster educational and promotional efforts regarding intellectual property protection in fashion design,aiming to provide valuable insights for related research.
