摘要
文章以“迪奥与马面裙风波”为例,从中国传统服饰外观专利保护的现状和维权面临的困境入手,提出几点对中国传统服饰进行外观设计专利维权的建议。
Take the case of dior and the horse-face dress scandal as an example,this paper starts from the current situation of the protection of the appearance patent of Chinese traditional clothing and the dilemma of the right protection,and then puts forward several suggestions on the right protection of the appearance design patent of Chinese traditional clothing.
