摘要
文章旨在探究日粮添加姜黄提取物对仔猪生长性能、免疫指标和肠道形态的影响。640头28日龄均重(7.47±0.58)kg的健康杜大长猪随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复20头。各处理组试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、120、240、和480 mg/kg的姜黄素。试验为期6周。结果表明:240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组仔猪平均日增重较对照组分别显著提高5.20%和4.86%(P<0.05);240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组的仔猪平均日增重较对照组分别显著降低4.75%和5.41%(P<0.05);此外,姜黄提取物对仔猪末重、采食量和腹泻率均无显著影响(P<0.05)。240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组仔猪血清白蛋白(Alb)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);240 mg/kg姜黄提取物组的仔猪血清球蛋白(Glb)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组的仔猪血清白介素-2(IL-2)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05);此外,姜黄提取物对仔猪血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组仔猪十二指肠绒毛高度和V/C值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);240和480 mg/kg姜黄提取物组仔猪空肠绒毛高度和V/C值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,姜黄提取物对仔猪各肠段隐窝深度及回肠绒毛长度、V/C值均无显著影响(P>0.05)。总之,姜黄提取物通过对仔猪肠道形态和免疫力的改善作用最终会提高仔猪生长性能。本试验条件下仔猪日粮姜黄提取物的最适添加量为200 mg/kg。
The experiment aims to explore the effects of adding Turmeric extract(TE)to feed on the growth performance,immune indicators,and intestinal morphology of piglets.640 healthy Duroc pigs with an average weight of 7.47±0.58 kg at 28 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group and 20 pigs per replicate.Add 0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg of curcumin to the basic feed as experimental feed for each treatment group.The experimental period is 6 weeks.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of piglets in the group with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE was significantly increased by 5.20%and 4.86%compared to the control group(P<0.05);The average daily weight gain of piglets in the group treated with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE was significantly reduced by 4.75%and 5.41%,respectively,compared to the control group(P<0.05);In addition,turmeric extract had no significant effects on final weight,feed intake and diarrhea rate of piglets(P<0.05).The serum Alb content in piglets treated with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The serum Glb content of piglets in the group treated with 240 mg/kg TE was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Serum IL-2 and IFN of piglets with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE groups added-γThe content significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,TE had no significant effect on serum IgA,IgM,and IgG levels in piglets(P>0.05).The height and V/C value of duodenal villi in piglets treated with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The jejunal villus height and V/C value of piglets in the group treated with 240 and 480 mg/kg TE were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In addition,TE had no significant effect on the depth of crypts in various intestinal segments,the length of ileal villi,and the V/C value of piglets(P>0.05).In summary,TE ultimately enhances the growth performance of piglets by improving their intestinal morphology and immunity.The optimal amount of TE added to piglet feed is believed to be 200 mg/kg.
