摘要
                
                    振动和冲击是低压变频器设计过程必须考虑的环境因素,IEC 60731-3-3标准定义了包括振动和冲击在内的变频器的应用环境因素。文中研究了IEC 60731-3-3标准中的机械条件的3M4等级,对标准中正弦稳态振动和半正弦冲击响应谱的参数作了详细的分析,并运用仿真和试验两个方式进行实例分析,验证实际产品在3M4机械条件下的运行可靠性。
                
                Vibration and shock are environmental factors that need to be considered in the design process of low voltage drive.IEC 60731-3-3 standard is a general standard for drive which defines environmental condition including vibration and shock.In this paper,the mechanical condition level 3M4 in IEC 60731-3-3 standard is studied,and the parameters of sinusoidal stationary vibration and non-stationary vibration including shock are analyzed.Then,the robustness of the product under the mechanical condition of 3M4 is analyzed and tested by simulation and experiment.
