摘要
本文针对某公司在用内热式回砖窑焙烧钼精矿过程中加料端粉尘泄漏和收灰设施收尘效率差现象,通过合理布设加料、输送、收尘等设施,人工收灰改为机械自动收灰,改造布袋除尘器等三个方面的设计改造,实现焙烧钼精矿金属回收率稳定在98.3%以上,比改造前提升0.1%,从而最大程度提升系统设备的运转率,大幅改善加料端作业环境,经济效益可观。
In view of molybdenum concentrate feed end dust leakage and low ash facility dust collecting efficiency phenomenon in the process of roasting molybdenum concentrates in internal heat rotary kiln of a company,through three aspects of modification,i.e.reasonable layout of charging,conveying,dust collecting and other facilities,mechanical automatic ash collecting instead of manual ash collecting,transforming cloth bag dust collector and so on,molybdenum concentrate metal recovery rate stabilized at above 98.3%,increasing 0.1%than before,so as to maximize the promotion of the equipment operation rate,and significantly improve feed end work environment,the economic benefit is considerable.
