摘要
数字化经济高速发展推动职业教育向数字化转型,以适应人才培养适应产业岗位的实际需求。挖掘职业教育数字化转型的时代价值,分析智能新能源汽车产业发展现状及人才需求,剖析智能新能源汽车技术专业群人才培养现状,提出智能新能源汽车技术专业群人才培养路径,为职业院校数字化转型发展提供参考与借鉴。
The rapid development of the digital economy necessitates the transformation of vocational education to meet the evolving demands of workforce training and industrial positions.Excavating the contemporary significance of the digital transformation in vocational education,analyzing the current development status and talent requirements of this sector,analyzing the existing talent training frameworks for professionals in intelligent new energy automobile technology,and proposes effective pathways for cultivating skilled talent in this field.The findings aim to serve as a valuable reference for vocational colleges pursuing digital transformation in their educational strategies.
