摘要
为保证机械加工质量和效率,降低机械加工成本,本文应用工业互联网、智能传感器等现代化技术,基于机械加工存在的问题,设计一种新型、先进的智能制造生产线控制系统。首先,介绍系统设计关键技术;其次,根据系统性能需求分析,完成系统架构设计;最后,分别设计加工区、分拣搬运区、组件装配区、成品搬运区、中控区五大模块。本文所设计的基于机械加工的智能制造生产线控制系统具有功能强大、实用性强、性价比高、经济效益显著等特点,符合预期设计标准和要求。
In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of mechanical processing and reduce the cost of mechanical processing,this paper applies modern technologies such as industrial Internet and intelligent sensors to design a new and advanced intelligent manufacturing production line control system based on the problems existing in mechanical processing.Firstly,introduce the key technologies of system design;Secondly,based on the analysis of system performance requirements,complete the system architecture design;Finally,design five major modules:processing area,sorting and handling area,component assembly area,finished product handling area,and central control area.The intelligent manufacturing production line control system based on mechanical processing designed in this article has the characteristics of powerful functionality,strong practicality,high costeffectiveness,and significant economic benefits,which meets the expected design standards and requirements.
