酸法工艺磷酸铁比表面积影响因素研究

摘要 磷酸铁作为磷酸铁锂的前驱体,其比表面积增大有利于磷酸铁锂电池的电荷转移阻抗降低、倍率性提高。通过改变酸法工艺中氨水和双氧水的滴加顺序和反应温度来影响磷酸铁析晶条件,利用磷酸铁初始形态来调控转晶过程,探究磷酸铁比表面积的影响因素。结果表明,当铁磷比大于0.98时,改变氨水的加入顺序,比表面积有所提升,改变双氧水加入的顺序且第一次加入双氧水的量为二分之一时,比表面积为6.9 m^(2)/g以上,当反应温度为70℃时,比表面积有所提升。 As a precursor of lithium iron phosphate,increasing the specific surface area of iron phosphate is beneficial to reducing the charge transfer impedance and improving the rate performance lithium iron phosphate batteries.By changing the drip order and reaction temperature of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide in the acid process,the crystallization conditions of iron phosphate are affected,and the initial morphology of iron phosphate is affected to regulate the crystallization process,in order to explore the factors affecting the specific surface area of iron phosphate.The results showed that when the iron phosphorus ratio was greater than 0.98,changing the order of ammonia addition resulted in an increase in specific surface area.When changing the order of hydrogen peroxide addition and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added for the first time was half,the specific surface area was above 6.9m^(2)/g.When the reaction temperature was 70℃,the specific surface area increased.
