摘要
具有橄榄石结构的磷酸铁锂正极材料以其高安全性、低成本、长循环寿命等特点广泛应用于混合动力(HEVs)汽车及插电式混合动力(PHEVs)汽车等动力电池领域。选用了磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)/中间相碳微球作为动力电池的正负极材料体系,探讨了电极配方、制备工艺(碳基涂层铝箔)、电解液体系及集流结构设计对电池倍率及循环性能的影响。制备50 Ah磷酸铁锂功率型动力电池,进行了电化学及安全性能测试。
LiFePO4 (LFP) with olivine-type structure has high safety, low cost and long cycle life. LFP materials have attracted the attention of the automotive industry for applications in hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). 50 Ah prismatic high power lithium ion cells with LiFePO4 (LFP) cathode/carbon anode chemical system were prepared to conduct electrochemical and safety tests. The influence of electrode formula design, electrolyte system, electrode processing and structural design on the rate and cycle performance was investigated.
