摘要
为了论证橡胶沥青流变性能与其混合料路用性能的关联性,为橡胶沥青混合料结构设计提供理论基础,该文通过车辙试验与四点弯曲试验对橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性与抗疲劳性能进行评价,通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)对三种不同胶粉掺量的橡胶沥青流变性能指标进行测试;结合时-温等效原则,基于Sigimoidal模型建立三种橡胶沥青的复数剪切模量G*主曲线;采用灰熵关联分析方法对橡胶沥青流变性能指标与其混合料的路用性能进行关联性分析。研究结果表明:(1)相较于常规SBS沥青混合料,橡胶沥青混合料高温性能较好;(2)橡胶沥青的疲劳性能与橡胶沥青类型、级配、应变水平等因素有关,其他条件一致时,胶粉掺量的增加可有效提高橡胶沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能;当级配类型与沥青种类一致时,橡胶沥青混合料的集料粒径越大,抗疲劳性能越差;(3)不同掺量橡胶沥青G*随加载频率的增大而增大,即频率越大,橡胶沥青的抗变形能力越强;当频率相同时,橡胶沥青的相位角随着温度的升高而增大;温度越高,橡胶沥青试样的车辙因子与疲劳因子越低;(4)灰熵关联性分析结果表明,橡胶沥青车辙因子指标、疲劳因子指标分别与其混合料的动稳定度、疲劳次数的灰熵关联度均大于0.900,进一步证明橡胶沥青流变性能指标直接用于评价橡胶沥青混合料高温稳定性与抗疲劳性能的可行性。
The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of rubber asphalt mixtures by demonstrating the correlation between the rheological properties of rubber asphalt and its pavement performance.In this paper,the high temperature stability and fatigue resistance of rubber asphalt mixture were studied through rut test and four-point bending test.The rheological properties of three kinds of rubber asphalt with different content of rubber powder were tested by dynamic shear rheological test(DSR).Besides,according to the time-temperature equivalence principle and Sigimoidal model,the complex shear modulus G*main curves of three kinds of rubber asphalt were established.Finally,the correlation between the rheological properties of rubber asphalt and its pavement performance was studied based on grey entropy correlation analysis method.The results show that:(1)Compared with conventional SBS asphalt mixture,rubber asphalt mixture has better high-temperature performance;(2)The fatigue performance of rubber asphalt is related to the type,grade and strain level of rubber asphalt;The fatigue resistance of rubber asphalt mixture can be effectively improved by increasing the content of rubber powder;The aggregate size of rubber asphalt mixture is negatively correlated with the fatigue resistance.(3)The G*of different content of rubber asphalt increases with the increase of loading frequency.The frequency is positively correlated with the deformation resistance of rubber asphalt.When the frequency is the same,the phase angle of rubber asphalt increases with the increase of temperature.Besides,the temperature is negatively correlated with rutting factor and fatigue factor of rubber asphalt samples.(4)The grey entropy correlation analysis results show that the grey entropy correlation between rutting factor and fatigue factor of rubber asphalt and the dynamic stability and fatigue frequency of the mixture are greater than 0.900.It proves that the rheological properties of rubber asphalt can be directly used to evaluate the high temperature stability and fatigue resistance of rubber asphalt mixture.
