摘要
苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性中海沥青难以热储存稳定,将SBS、脱硫胶粉和相容剂经密炼机共混后改性中海沥青,制备了热储存稳定的复合改性沥青。采用改性沥青离析试验与显微结构分析研究了SBS与脱硫胶粉比例、相容剂种类和用量、胶粉粒径等对复合改性沥青热储存稳定性的影响。结果表明,当相容剂在复合物中质量分数不小于1%、SBS/脱硫胶粉质量比为2/3~1/1时,复合改性沥青热储存稳定。根据稳定形成条件及显微结构分析,脱硫胶粉与SBS可产生力化学结合,能减小与沥青的密度差;相容剂能提高SBS、脱硫胶粉与沥青的结合。从而能改善复合改性沥青的热储存稳定性。
Storage stable hybrid binder was successfully made,which was modified by blending SBS,devulcanized ground tire rubber(GTR)and compatibilizer that was prepared by mixer.Effects of the compatibilizer content and type,SBS/GTR content,and GTR particle size on storage stability were studied.The results show that the hybrid binder can be stabilized when the compatibilizer content is no less than 1% and the SBS/GTR content varies from 2/3to 1/1.The mechanochemical coupling between GTR and SBS reduces the difference of densities between modifier and asphalt.The compatibilizer can enhance the coupling between SBS,GTR and asphalt.All the above contributes to improving the storage stability of hybrid binder.
