血清cTnI、HDL-C及中性粒细胞与白蛋白比值在H型高血压合并冠心病中的检测意义

Significance of detecting serum cTnI,HDL-C and neutrophil to albumin ratio in patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:分析血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及中性粒细胞与白蛋白比值(NAR)在H型高血压合并冠心病中的检测意义。方法:选取本院2021年1月-2023年10月收治的126例H型高血压病例,按照冠脉造影检查结果将其分为合并冠心病组与非冠心病组,比较两组血清cTnI、HDL-C、NAR,构建Logistic回归模型分析H型高血压患者发生冠心病的危险因素。结果:126例H型高血压病例中,60例合并冠心病;合并冠心病组有吸烟史患者占比显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.05);合并冠心病组血清cTnI、NAR显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著低于非冠心病组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,有吸烟史、低HDL-C、高cTnI、高NAR为H型高血压患者发生冠心病危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:H型高血压合并冠心病病例存在HDL-C降低、cTnI及NAR升高表现,有吸烟史、低HDL-C、高cTnI、高NAR属于冠心病发生主要危险因素。 Objective:To analyze the significance of detecting serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and neutrophil to albumin ratio(NAR)in patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 126 patients with H-type hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into the coronary heart disease group and the non-coronary heart disease group based on coronary angiography results.Serum cTnI,HDL-C and NAR of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression model was constructed to analyze the risk factors for coronary heart disease in patients with H-type hypertension.Results:Among the 126 patients with H-type hypertension,60 patients were complicated with coronary heart disease.The proportion of patients with smoking history in the coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in the non-coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).Serum cTnI and NAR in the coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in the non�coronary heart disease group(P<0.05),and HDL-C level was significantly lower than that in the non-coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis found that smoking history,low HDL-C,high cTnI,and high NAR were risk factors for coronary heart disease in patients with H-type hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease have decreased HDL-C and increased cTnI and NAR.Smoking history,low HDL�C,high cTnI,and high NAR are risk factors for coronary heart disease.
