摘要 Hcy是蛋氨酸经过转甲基化等反应生成半胱氨酸的一个重要中间代谢产物。正常人体内血浆Hcy浓度为5~10μmol/L,根据最新的中国高血压防治指南[1],Hcy≥15μmol/L称为高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy),是高血压、心血管疾病的危险因素。H型高血压由中国学者提出,即原发性高血压伴血浆Hcy增高≥10μmol/L。我国是患有高血压人口数较多的国家,其中H型高血压约占3/4[2],且呈北方高南方低的特点。一项荟萃分析显示,血浆Hcy每升高5μmol/L,脑卒中风险与缺血性心脏病的风险分别增加59%和33%,Hcy浓度每降低3μmol/L,可降低24%脑卒中发病风险及16%缺血性心脏病发病风险[3]。
