摘要
目的:探讨脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者应用电针俞募穴为主配穴治疗的临床效果。方法:依据随机数字表法将新疆医科大学第七附属医院院康复科在2023年1月—2024年10月收治的60例脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者分为对照组(30例,常规膀胱训练联合电针常规取穴)以及治疗组(30例,常规膀胱训练联合电针俞募穴为主配穴)。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、排尿指标(24 h自主排尿次数、平均尿量、残余尿量)和生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率大于对照组;平均尿量大于对照组;24 h自主排尿次数优于对照组;残余尿量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:脊髓损伤导致神经源性膀胱患者在临床上经电针刺激俞募穴为主配穴治疗后临床效果显著,可以促进患者膀胱功能的恢复。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the application of electroacupuncture Shu and Mu point-based treatment in patients with spinal cord injury neurogenic bladder.Methods:Sixty patients with neurogenic bladder of spinal cord injury admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2023 to October 2024 were divided into the control group(thirty cases,conventional bladder training combined with electroacupuncture conventional acupuncture points)and the treatment group(thirty cases,conventional bladder training combined with electroacupuncture Shu and Mu points)according to the randomized numerical table method.The clinical efficacy,urination indexes(24-h voluntary urination,average urine volume,residual urine volume)and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was greater than that of the control group;the average urine output was greater than that of the control group;the number of 24-h voluntary urination was better than that of the control group;and the amount of residual urine was better than that of the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:Neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury is clinically effective after electroacupuncture stimulation of Shu and Mu point,which can promote the recovery of bladder function.
