摘要
塔式起重机是建筑场地必需的吊装设备,具有作业起升高度高、吊运重量大、起吊频率高和工作时间长的特点。塔吊的垂直度数值是设备安全使用的一个重要指标,目前主要是采用传统的测量方法进行测量。为了更安全、快捷地对其进行测量,设计一种主要基于简易倾角传感器的垂直度测量仪,简要介绍了倾角传感器的测量原理,对其测量方案的流程、无线通信系统、传感器安装位置、姿态等进行了分析,并分析了影响塔吊垂直度测量精度的相关因素。在此基础上编制了便于操作的上位机界面。根据现场的实际测量结果,该装置无线通信信息传送迅速,能够实时显示塔式起重机的塔身倾斜状况,较精确地显示塔吊的整机相关状态。该方法可以更直观、更简便地检测塔吊的塔身垂直度,对塔吊的安全吊运有较好的指导作用和实际应用意义。
Tower cranes are essential lifting equipment for construction sites,with the characteristics of high lifting height,heavy lifting weight,high lifting frequency,and long working time.The verticality value of a tower crane is an important indicator for the safe use of equipment,and currently,traditional measurement methods are mainly used for measurement.In order to measure it more safely and quickly,a verticality measuring instrument is designed mainly based on a simple inclination sensor.The measurement principle of the inclination sensor is briefly introduced,and the measurement scheme process,sensor installation position,attitude,wireless communication system,etc.are analyzed.The factors that affect its accuracy are also introduced and analyzed.On this basis,a user-friendly upper computer interface is developed.The experimental results show that wireless communication information transmission is smooth,and the tilt status of the tower crane can be displayed in real time,with a more accurate display of the overall status of the tower crane.This method can more conveniently and intuitively detect the overall tilt state of tower cranes,and has good guidance and practical application significance for the safe operation of tower cranes.
