摘要
为了明确1例新生孟加拉白虎的死亡原因,采用临床诊断、血常规和血液生化指标检查、病原PCR检测、组织器官剖检、病理组织切片观察等方法对该病例进行诊断分析,最终确诊为猫细小病毒感染。同窝另1只感染猫细小病毒的孟加拉白虎幼崽症状轻微,经治疗后痊愈。结果表明,新生孟加拉白虎对猫细小病毒易感,发病要及时检测分析传染源,消除传染源和切断传播途径是预防本病的关键。
In order to determine the cause of death of a newborn Bengal white tiger,the case was diagnosed using clinical,blood routine,biochemical detection,and pathogen PCR test,as well as pathological and examinations.The final diagnosis was feline parvovirus infection.Another Bengal white tiger cub in the same litter had mild symptoms and recovered after treatment.The results showed that newborn Bengal white tigers are susceptible to feline parvovirus,and the onset of the disease should be detected and analyzed timely to eliminate the source of infection and cut off the transmission pathway for preventing this disease.
