摘要
文明型国家是近年来由中国学者提出、产生了国际影响的重要话语成果之一。鉴于有学者对其是否有利于铸牢中华民族共同体意识表示怀疑,甚至担心其被用于支持文明冲突论,本文论述了该话语的意涵、特征以及与文明冲突论的区别。文明型国家话语是从历史与现实相结合的角度对中华民族和中国国家形态进行理论刻画的成果,揭示了中国特殊性、丰富性的一面,和文明冲突论有根本区别,对认识中国和中华民族的存在论特征、铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义。单纯采用民族国家话语无法解释中国与中华民族的历史、表达其存在论特征,难以调动文化传统资源为铸牢中华民族共同体意识服务,且存在西方话语常有的“解构”隐患。文明型国家话语和民族国家话语的结合使用或许是更合理的选择。
Civilizational state is one of the important discourses established by China’s scholars and has international influence in recent years.Considering some scholars doubt whether it is beneficial to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and even worry that it is used for supporting the Clash of Civilizations,this paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of Civilizational state discourse and the difference with the Clash of Civilizations.The discourse is the result of the theoretical characterization about the Chinese nation and the state form of China from the perspective of the combination of history and reality,and reveals the particularity and richness of China.It is fundamentally different from the Clash of Civilizations,and is of great significance to understand the ontology characteristics of China and the Chinese nation and to forge a strong sense of community of Chinese nation.The merely use of Nation state discourse cannot explain the history of China and the Chinese nation and cannot express China’s ontology characteristics,and is difficult to mobilize cultural traditional resources to serve for forging a strong sense of community of Chinese nation,and there are often hidden dangers of“deconstruction”of western discourses in Nation state discourse.The combined use of Civilisational state discourse and Nation state discourse is perhaps the more reasonable choice.
