摘要
通过教育数字化战略背景下高职“葡萄酒酿造与检验”课程实施路径研究,进一步提升课程建设水平。通过明确数字化能力核心目标、增加数字化课程内容、开展数字化教学活动、制定数字化学习评价与反馈方案、提升教师数字化水平、激发学生数字化学习兴趣、改善数字化教学环境等路径研究和实践,进一步促进课程教学数字化转型,提高课程建设水平和人才培养质量。
Further enhance the construction level of Wine Brewing and Inspection curriculum through research on the implementation path of this course in higher vocationaleducation under the background of digital Education.By research and practice on cleaness digital capability goals,formulating digital evaluation and feedback plan,promoting the digital level of teachers,timulating learn interest of students,improving the digital environment,further promotethe digital transformation of teaching of this course,improved the level of curriculum development and the quality of personnel training.
