摘要
汽车产业是我国的支柱产业,汽车产业的发展壮大离不开创新型技术技能人才的强大支撑。作为地方高职院校,技术技能人才培养需要解决以下问题:人才培养规格不能满足汽车产业转型升级的需求;学生实践能力不能满足汽车生产岗位的需求;学生创新水平跟不上企业创新的脚步。针对以上问题,襄阳职业技术学院立足服务湖北省51020现代产业体系和襄阳144产业集群的汽车产业,通过链群对接,组建汽车专业群,提出了“产教联动、链群对接、岗课融通、专创结合”的人才培养体系。近十年来,学校坚持产教融合的办学理念,专业群与产业链对接,教学内容与岗位典型工作任务融通,专业教育与创新创业教育结合,为地方汽车产业培养了大量岗位适应性强、实践能力强、创新水平高的汽车工匠,支撑了襄阳乃至湖北汽车产业的高质量发展。
The automotive industry is a pillar industry in our country.The development and expansion of the automotive industry are inseparably connected to the support of innovative technical talents—automotive craftsmen.As a local higher vocational college,we need to solve the following problems to train technical talents:the standards of talent training fail to meet the needs of the automotive industry′s transformation and upgrading;students′practical abilities do not satisfy the requirements of automotive production positions;students′level of innovation cannot keep pace with corporate innovation.In response to these issues,Xiangyang Polytechnic aims to serve the automotive industry within the Hubei Province 51020 modern industrial system and Xiangyang 144 industrial clusters.By integrating with industry chains and clusters,the college has established an automotive professional group and proposed a talent training system characterized by"industry-education synergy,chaincluster integration,fusion of positions with courses,and combination of specialization with innovation."Over the past decade,the School of Automotive Engineering has adhered to the philosophy of integrating industry and education.The professional group aligns with the industry chain,teaching content is integrated with typical job tasks,and professional education is combined with innovation and entrepreneurship education.The students trained are highly adaptable to their positions,possess strong practical abilities,and have high levels of innovation.By exploring and forming a talent training system for innovative automotive craftsmen across the full industry chain,the college has provided a significant number of innovative automotive craftsmen to the local automotive industry,supporting the high-quality development of Xiangyang′s and even Hubei′s automotive industry.
