摘要
随着新医科建设的推进和医学技术的革新,护理模式逐渐由传统护理及辅助性护理向更精准、专业的全生命周期护理转变,而课程作为卓越护理人才培养的核心,急需开发护理创新与技术研发相关课程及改革教学模式。分析护理创新与技术研发课程建设的必要性、课程目标、课程内容、教学方法等,旨在培养护理研究生创新思维及科研实践能力,使其掌握护理前沿技术与创新方法,并为新医科背景下护理院校课程改革与专业建设提供参考。
With the advancement of new medicine construction and the innovation of medical technology,the nursing model is gradually shifting from traditional nursing and auxiliary nursing to more precise and professional full life cycle nursing.As the core of cultivating outstanding nursing personnel,there is an urgent need to develop nursing innovation and technology research and development related courses and improve teaching models.Analyzing the necessity,course objectives,course content,teaching methods,etc.of nursing innovation and technology research and development course construction,aiming to cultivate nursing graduates′ innovative thinking and scientific research practical abilities,enabling them to master cutting-edge nursing technologies and innovative methods,and providing reference for course reform and professional construction in nursing colleges under the background of new medicine.
