摘要
信息科技的迅猛发展进一步推动了高校智慧化教育建设,高校图书馆作为知识传承和信息服务的中心,面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。数据驱动的理念逐渐渗透到各行各业,高校图书馆也不例外,其运营和服务方式正在经历深刻的变革。该文通过分析数据驱动下高校图书馆智慧服务的特征以及构建原则,从“加强基础设施建设,引入智能化设备”“加强资源整合,实现数据管理和智能检索”“提高馆员服务能力,实现‘人工+智能’双向融合”等方面实施策略,促使高校图书馆更好地利用数据驱动技术提升服务水平,满足大学生的需求。
The rapid development of information technology has further promoted the construction of intelligent education in colleges and universities.As the center of knowledge inheritance and information service,university libraries are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The concept of data-driven has gradually penetrated into all walks of life,and university libraries are no exception,and their operation and service mode are undergoing profound changes.By analyzing the data-driven characteristics and construction principles of intelligent service in university libraries,this paper implements strategies from the aspects of“strengthening infrastructure construction,introducing intelligent equipment”,“strengthening resource integration,realizing data management and intelligent retrieval”,“improving the service ability of librarians,and realizing the two-way integration of‘artificial+intelligence’”,etc.aiming to promote the university library to better use data-driven technology to improve the service level and meet the needs of college students.
