摘要
在产教融合背景下,为提高高等院校应急技术与管理专业人才培养质量,江苏大学结合已有安全工程专业产教融合基础,从创新以深度政校企融合为驱动的协同育人模式出发,从制定适应国家安全与应急管理形势需要的培养目标、构建校企合作的课程体系、建设专业实验室及实训基地、把握专业教学与科研方向、打造高水平“双师双能型”师资队伍、建立体现产教融合发展导向的教育评价体系6个方面,建立对接产业需求的应急技术与管理专业人才培养体系,使高校人才培养、科研创新能够真正融入地方经济发展,让学生可以更好地适应行业发展及国家需要,从而使人才供给与人才需求得到有机衔接。
Under the background of industry-education integration,in order to improve the training quality of emerg ency technology and management specialty in the universities,Jiangsu University has constructed a new talent training system in multiple aspects by combining with the existing foundation of industry-education integration in safety en gineering.From the innovation of the collaborative education model driven by the deep integration of government,school and enterprise,a talent training model is established to meet the needs of the industry by developing training objectives that meet the needs of national security and emergency management situations,constructing curriculum sys tem by school-enterprise cooperation,constructing professional laboratories and training bases,grasping the direction of teaching and research,creating a high-level"dual qualifications and dual abilities"teaching staff,establishing an educational evaluation system that reflects the orientation of development of industry-education integration.So that college personnel training,scientific research and innovation can truly integrate into the local economic development,and students can better adapt to the development of the industry and the needs of the country,which can organically link the supply and demand of talents.
