微创技术治疗髌骨骨折的研究进展

摘要 总结髌骨骨折微创手术治疗方法及研究进展,为临床提供新的方向与思路。检索国内外有关微创技术治疗髌骨骨折的文献,总结手术方法研究进展、优势及局限性。目前治疗微创手段治疗髌骨骨折的方式较多,包括微创技术下钢丝固定、无头加压螺钉、空心钉、镍钛记忆合金弓齿钉、张力带固定、Cable-Pin系统和关节镜辅助等治疗方式,不同手段各有其优劣势。微创技术多适用于简单的、骨折块较大的髌骨骨折,对于复杂的、粉碎性髌骨骨折,临床中多选用传统的切开复位内固定方式进行治疗,对于髌骨下级粉碎严重者可考虑髌骨切除。 To summarize the minimally invasive surgical treatment of patella fracture and to provide new directions and ideas.Through reviewing domestic and foreign literatures on minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of patellar fractures,this review summarized the progress,advantages and limitations of surgical methods.There are many available ways to treat patella fractures by minimally invasive means,including minimally invasive technology under steel wire fixation,headless pressurized screw,hollow nail,nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy bow tooth nail,tension band fixation,Cable-Pin system,arthroscopic assistance and other treatment methods.They have their own advantages and disadvantages.The minimally invasive technique is suitable for simple patellar fractures with large fractures.For complex and crushing patellar fractures,the traditional internal fixation method is used in clinical treatment.Patellar resection may be considered for patients with severe inferior patella comminution.
