摘要
优质的企业经济管理和信息化发展是帮助企业实现优化创新、提升管理和人力绩效的有效手段,是企业转型升级的加速器。有效的经济管理和信息化发展能够在战略、经营等各个层面促进企业核心竞争力的建设,对于企业效益的提升至关重要。本文对我国皮革企业经济管理及信息化发展的现状进行了分析,对皮革企业经济管理及信息化发展路径进行了探讨,为皮革企业更好地发展提供了理论支持。
High-quality enterprise economic management and information development is an effective means to help enterprises achieve optimization and innovation,improve management and human performance,and is the accel⁃erator of enterprise transformation and upgradingEffective economic management and information technology develop⁃ment can promote the construction of core competitiveness of enterprises at various levels such as strategy and opera⁃tion,which is very important for the improvement of enterprise efficiencyThis paper analyzed the current situation of economic management and information development of leather enterprises in China,and discussed the economic man⁃agement and information development path of leather enterprises to provide theoretical support for leather enterprises.
