摘要
石油化工行业是现代工业的重要组成部分,其生产过程具有高度的自动化程度。自动化仪表作为石油化工生产过程中的关键设备,对于保障生产效率和安全具有重要意义。然而,由于各种原因,自动化仪表在运行过程中容易出现故障,导致生产过程受到影响。为了保证石油化工生产的正常进行,文章对自动化仪表的常见故障及维护技术进行研究。
The petrochemical industry is an important component of modern industry,and its production process has a high degree of automation.as a key equipment in the petrochemical production process,automation instruments are of great significance in ensuring production efficiency and safety.however,due to various reasons,automation instruments are prone to malfunctions during operation,which can affect the production process.in order to ensure the normal operation of petrochemical production,it is necessary to conduct indepth research and discussion on common faults and maintenance techniques of automation instruments.
